Possibility to mark original strings as buggy

Usually translators know English good enough to find errors in the original software strings, but fix them silently in their translation. The problem is, that this information is never told the software developers, so they cannot fix the strings.

My request would be to allow a translator to mark a string as "buggy/fixme/whatever" and supply a download list of all strings with such a note:

e.g. a table like

string - times_marked - comments
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Occured - 12 - Should be "Occurred"

A comment would be optional, as when told about a wrong string it is usually easy to find the error. The times_marked would be the number of translators marking that string as buggy.

Thought there must a way to reset this list to remove wrong/old/obsolete entries.
