Cannot save SVG files to the proper selected directory

Bug Description
This may be a OS X-only Qt 4.5 bug, but saving new SVG files results in the files being saved in the Carve.app/

Set last path to user's document directory by default and save last path to settings. This seems to fix the issue. Available in Build 9+.
