crash while coping data from local machine to remote samba share

Bug Description
Binary package hint: samba
i mounted a remote network disk:
mount -t cifs //192.168.
works fine for a few minutes (ls, cp, move, rsync...)
BUT then ... after a few minutes... system hang (keyboard leds blinking)
after several time (resetting and trying to use the share over and over again...)
the system started resetting (instead of hanging)
