Bug Description

Steps to reproduce:

Buy a HP nx6110 notebook.
Suspend to RAM by pressing Fn+F3.
Resume by pressing the power button.
Play a video with totem-xine.

At that point, a lot of disk activity starts, the screen goes half black (upper half), then completely black and then goes in a loop where the busy mouse cursor appears and disappears repeatedly (every maybe 5 seconds). Feels like X is restarting and crashing in a loop.

Same for me on Dell Inspiron 630m with kubuntu

How to Reproduce:
Close the lid (suspend to ram)
Wait until is suspended
Open the lid, it will resume.
Play any video, either with kaffeine, gmplayer or vlc

X will crash, and will start to loop....
Only solution is to hard boot.
