list_lists help message French translation is incomplete

Bug Description
The "-b / --bare" option in list_lists is not in the French translation. Users with a French locale therefore never see this option when running list_lists -h.
The attached patch adds this to the French translation file from 2.1.11.

I changed the patch slightly to present the option on two lines
--bare
-b
to be consistent with the other options in the French translation.
