Sound in Sauerbraten only works with -pulseaudio, not -all

Bug Description

Sauerbraten will not start with the current version of SDL.

Terminal output:

If I remove the libsdl1.2debian-all package & install libsdl1.2debian-pulseaudio, Sauerbraten will start normally. Interesting that sound is not available with "all' that is assumed to have such.
