ubuntu-bug no longer works (file:// should be https://)

Running the command

Running:

 $ sudo ubuntu-bug "linux (ubuntu)"

results in firefox showing:

 file:///ubuntu/+source/linux/+filebug/vxqUpjD704eVHaqo6t7eiazqNpF
 Firefox can't find the file at /ubuntu/+source/linux/+filebug/vxqUpjD704eVHaqo6t7eiazqNpF.

    * Could the item have been renamed, removed, or relocated?
    * Is there a spelling, capitalization, or other typographical error in the address?
    * Do you have sufficient access permissions to the requested item

and the logs show:

Notice that firefox has file:// and the logs have https://bugs.launchpad.net/. If I go to the URL found in the logs, I can finish the bug report and the files are attached.
