Bug Description
This is simply unacceptable.
As for the effects on Ubuntu... We've spoken to a lot of small business owners who are very accepting of the open source model. They frequently comment that they have all their computers running Ubuntu, except one. That one is sitting in the back-office, running MYOB (on Windows) for their accounts. If they could find an alternative, they'd switch.
