Improve plugins dialog

Bug Description

A previously discussed improvement to the plugins dialog: merge the "choose a plugin" and "plugin preview" dialogs together. Have the main one split into two parts vertically - left side for choosing a plugin, right for preview and settings.

There is a another graphical application solution for Plugin dialog, its very flexible. Some hints from it maybe.

I don't really like that one. For one, before and after should be visible at
once for proper comparison.
