Bug Description

Try to enable maximus, enable hidding /to sides, with arrows/ and hide upper toolbar. Window will be upper then arrows for showing toolbar. I must kill maximus, show toolbar and start maximus. For example in Opera I cannot "unmaximize" it forever, i must start it with parameter height width or with clean new config.

Are you talking about the expand option on the top gnome-panel? Can you attach a screenshot?
