Bug Description

The properties dialog of an object should be changed to be "instant apply", as this is easier for the user to work with.

So this means that firstly, the changes in values done by the user should be applied as he's changing them - for example, if you hold the button on increasing the line width and the numbers scroll to the max, the line itself should be updated in the drawing area. This should be so for all values.

Additionally, the "Apply" button should be changed to "OK" (does nothing but close the dialog), and "Close" to "Cancel" (undoes all changes done while the dialog was open and closes it).

You can see more about the instant apply stuff here: http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/stable/windows-utility.html.en#windows-instant-apply

This is on Rev.301 - ppa4
