ignore HUP signals

Bug Description

xfce related issue:
if user A logout and then user B login, there will be two ivman sessions running.

The desktop environment which starts Ivman while logging in, should send it a HUP signal when
logging out, this is what happens using kde, but it doesn't using xfce.

I sent to the devel a script that enable the "--exit-with-session" option.

Please update ivman to the new version released.

It's really important for xubuntu.
