Akregator Crash following Perl and libcairo2 update

Bug Description
I have been using Akregator without problems (4:4.1.
Upgraded the following packages:
libcairo2 (1.8.0-0ubuntu1) to 1.8.0-0ubuntu1.1
libcairo2-dev (1.8.0-0ubuntu1) to 1.8.0-0ubuntu1.1
libperl5.10 (5.10.0-

Following that update Akregator crashes whenever fetch feeds is run. It gives the following crash report:

After more than a week this problem appears to have resolved itself and cannot be reproduced now.
