recompilation need against libjingle

so either the libjinglep2p0 need to have the minor number corrected, or gst-plugins-farsight needs to be recompiled against the correct library.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug. This issue has been fixed in newer versions of Ubuntu, and Jaunty is EOL, so I am closing this bug task.
