FIXME: video thumbnailing needs more precise exception type

Bug Description

entertainerlib/utils/video_thumbnailer.py lines 202-204:

            ## FIXME: precise this exception
            #Gstreamer cannot determine the media duration using
            #playing-thumbnailing for file

Video thumbnailer only catches a general exception. It should try to catch something more precise.
