Bug Description

Places -> Connect To Server

Choose service type SSH.

Open the new drive and double click an Open Office document. Error message:

  Couldn't display "sftp://me@host/home/shared".

There is no title to the error window.

Drag the file to the desktop and double click. Works.

Launch OOWriter, then File -> Open, choose file on SFTP share. Works.

Only double clicking the file directly in the SFTP nautilus window does not work.

I installed Dapper Flight 2 on a modern centrino laptop and have apt-get dist-upgrade'd ever since.

currently the desktop file calls oowriter %F, because KDE has problems with %U.

Riddell: why does konqueror tries to open documents in your home with system:/home/myfile.foo, and not file:///home/doko/myfile.foo ?
can this be changed?

seb128: can this property in the desktop file can have different values for KDE and Gnome?

I don't think they can, no and anyway KDE should respect the specification
