key-combination for underlining text does not work with german open-office-writer

Bug Description
Binary package hint: openoffice.
in german ooo CTRL-SHIFT-U is the shortcut to underline text. this does not work, it removes the selected text and inserts an underlined "u" instead. this is obviously not the desired behaviour.
