Icon problems in regular/ring/expo window switchers

Bug Description
Binary package hint: compiz
When I use the ring switcher, the usual Alt+Tab, or the expo plugin, it shows an icon on the lower right-hand corner of each window.
If one window is open, it shows fine. As soon as another window is opened, though, it gets corrupted like in the screenshot, and stays that way. I can open one window and have the icon show fine, but when I open another one, they both look like this.
I'm using the Intel driver (a testing version), and I'm not sure if that's the cause of these problems. I think I had them with the Ubuntu version, too. I'll check that.
I'm running Intrepid.

The same happens with me. Expo and switcher. I'm using an up-to-date Ubuntu Intrepid. Here's some more info:
