I try to install Ubuntu 9.04 in Virtualbox 2.1.0 i386 (in Ubuntu 8.10)

Please attach /var/log/syslog and /var/log/partman from the running installer (you'll need to reproduce this bug before doing so, assuming you've rebooted since you attempted this failed installation!).

status:	New → Incomplete

Note that exit code 141 is a segmentation fault, and very likely indicates some problem outside the control of the installer, such as a CD or hard disk fault.
