bluetooth mouse will not connect

I have the latest Jaunty--alpha 2 with updates. My bluetooth mouse will not connect --have removed it from the list and added it again--no good. After adding it ---it keeps asking me for a pass key after i add the mouse again---not sure what it wants so i entered my password. I am running 64bit jaunty on a Macbook Pro (Santa Rosa)

I guess the problem comes from the pairing, could you try with latest version of bluez-gnome?

Hello,

Did you upgrade to a recent version of ubuntu (like Karmic). bluez-gnome was replaced by gnome-bluetooth which should have solved the problem.

what is the model of your mouse ?
Could you run the command 'hcitool name xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx' where xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx is the address of your mouse.
