"Unsubscribe from this thread" not available from Thread Tools in a subscribed thread

A normal expectation for users wanting to unsubscribe from a thread is to go back to where you manually subscribe from, the Thread Tools dropdown box.
I believe this functionality used to exist but has regressed after an upgrade some time ago.

This has been brought up in FF&H a few times, two fairly recent examples:

Fortunately, a workaround exists: go to List Subscriptions from the UserCP or Subscribed Threads from the Quick Links dropdown box. Check the thread you wish to unsubscribe from, scroll to the bottom of the page, select "delete subscription" from the dropdown box, and click Go.

As Connor suggested - this bug definitely still exists, so changing it to confirmed
