"Quit" should be "Close" in drawing tool

Bug Description
In the drawing tool, the "quit" and file→quit should be "close" instead.
"quit" implies quitting the program entirely, while "close" means closing the dialog - which is what the button does.
This is on Rev.301 - ppa4
