Support menu hang OO if browser is not started

Bug Description

Binary package hint: openoffice.org

Release Ubuntu 8.10 AMD64
Package: openoffice.org-core version 2.4.1
Other info: Swedish version of Open office

Action:
Choose menu Help/Support. If a browser is opened for example Firefox everything works fine.
But if the defult browser is not opened then openoffice hang until firefox is closed.

Reproduced on 1:3.0.1~rc1-2ubuntu2~intrepid1, I think the problem is the way the command is executed from OOo. I will need to fix this in the ubuntu-lpi.diff.
