Bug Description

Binary package hint: file-roller

if I extract a .rar archive, and 'selected files' is selected in the dialog window, nothing happens when I push the Extract button. When selecting 'all files', the extraction begins. I'd expect that Extract always works, no matter if I select 'all files' or 'selected files', and no matter in which directory I am.
I'm using Ubuntu 8.10, but I had the same problem in 8.04 already.

Version of file-roller:

file-roller:
  Geïnstalleerd: 2.24.1-0ubuntu2
  Kandidaat: 2.24.1-0ubuntu2

Thanks for the report, confirming, if you click on "All Files" and then back to "Selected Files" and click extrack then the extraction begins as well, will look upstream, thanks.

This bug has been fixed for me in Karmic, with file-roller 2.26.1. Can anyone else confirm this?
