krecipes not completely removed by synaptic

Bug Description

Intrepid Kubuntu 64-bit.

krecipes package: 1.0~beta1-1.1ubuntu1

If one installs krecipes and then attempts to remove it, using "Mark for complete removal (including configuration files)", synaptic reports success, but in fact there are numerous krecipes files left behind (explicitly INCLUDING the configuration file krecipesrc).

I assume that this is a packaging error in krecipes rather than a bug in synaptic.

User configuration files are NEVER to be removed by apt. Complete removal only removes system configuration files for the package, such as those found in /etc
