Indonesian Ubuntu Archive+CD Image Mirror is broken?

i see that id.archive.ubuntu.com and id.cdimage.ubuntu.com not pointed at indonesia. basically it's importatant, bacause indonesia have much ubuntu archive mirror such as

archive (use rsync):
1. http://dl2.foss-id.web.id/ubuntu (1Gbps)
2. http://kambing.ui.edu/ubuntu (1Gbps)
3. http://komo.vlsm.org/ubuntu (1Gbps)
4. http://kebo.vlsm.org/ubuntu (1Mbps)
5. http://ubuntu.cbn.net.id/ubuntu(1Gbps)
6. http://mirror.unej.ac.id/ubuntu (100Mbps)

cd image:
1. http://ubuntu.biz.net.id/
2. ftp://dl2.foss-id.web.id/iso/ubuntu/releases/
3. http://mirror.unej.ac.id/ubuntu-cd
4. ftp://kebo.vlsm.org/ubuntu-cdimage/

i think it's a good idea if id.archive.ubuntu.com and id.cdimage.ubuntu.com pointed into indonesian

Ubuntu mirrors are listed at : https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Mirrors
To get the id.archive.ubuntu.com domain, the mirror has to satisfy some technical requirements and apply to be an official mirror of Ubuntu.
