Bug Description

Binary package hint: dhcp3-common

The following files are misplaced in dhcp3-common instead of dhcp3-client:
/usr/share/man/ja/man8/dhclient.8.gz
/usr/share/man/ja/man8/dhclient-script.8.gz
/usr/share/man/ja/man5/dhclient.conf.5.gz
/usr/share/man/ja/man5/dhclient.leases.5.gz

Source package: dhcp3
Ubuntu release: Intrepid (8.10), x86 (32-bit)
Package version: 3.1.1-1ubuntu2

dhclient-related man-pages should be placed in dhcp3-client package irrespective of translation.
