Bug Description
When I connect my Epson Stylus CX3200 MFP Scanner and Printer the /dev/usblp0 port is owner by root:scanner with rwxrw-r-- permissions meaning cups cannot detect the port.
I added cupsys to the scanner group and this resolved the problem.
