Bug Description
In a branch that's about to go through review, I add a script "branch-rewrite.py" designed to be run as a 'prg' RewriteMap.
It currently logs to stderr, which means that it's logging output ends up in apache's error.log. It should instead log to a file specified in the config, and unhandled exceptions should log an oops.
