better seeking controls

MPlayer allow to seek through a multimedia file during playback by ~10 seconds, ~1 minute or ~10 minutes by respectively pressing left-right, up-down and page-up - page-down.

Elisa only make it possible to seek though a file by period of x minutes making it impossible to go back a few seconds when you need to re-hear something you missed or re-read a subtitle. It also make it hard to make big jump in the movie.
