Bug Description
The coprocreggen script, Python modules, and other misc C source code have little/no in source comments of any use. This really needs to be documented a lot better :)
I have now documented the bootstrap/embryo code, so that's one thing :)

Comments have been added and general cleanups done on all the C code and all the python code used to build stuff. The actual frozen python modules are still mostly nonworking or lack docstrings but there is a separate issue for that.
