video_thumbnailer shouldn't "try" to import

entertainerlib/utils/video_thumbnailer.py

This one is a little better since it gives a print out to the user, but as we all know, tracebacks are more helpful to developers. Since these modules should be installed in our package. I would rather a user who encounters this import error to report the traceback (which will include the exact location of where the problem occurred) rather than telling us the print message. Because if we just receive the print message, then the burden is on the developer to track down it's location in the code.
