Bug Description
Support for group branding is absent from the user groups module.
Branding can be done in a similar way to Launchpad early on with the option to expand into more flexible forms of branding at a later date (e.g. color schemes, full themes; whatever, so long as it doesn't turn into Myspace ;) ).
