Bug Description
Currently, there are several language packs in Ubuntu: language-pack, language-
-translating the templates of a given category: I'd like to designate people of my team as 'supervisors' of a given category, like KDE, GNOME, etc, and I think telling them to translate evrything in this filtered view would be helpful
-sending back translations to upstream
-seeing only those templates that I'm interested in.
