Both libmono-cairo1.0-cil and libmono-cairo2.0-cil are installed. Please pay attention of publicKeys of installed on my machine assemblies. I don't know all about mono, but it looks that it tries to load assembly 'Mono.Cairo' with PublicKeyToken=35e10195dab3c99f.
