Bug Description

/<Distro>/+archive/<Archive> now exists, and primary and partner archives are exposed there. They're going to be huge and have bad URLs and multiple pockets and multiple components (none of which look good on that page), so should redirect elsewhere. cprov suggested /ubuntu.

Right, those pages are not only source of timeouts but also provide very bad user-experience for users habituated with the current package-navigation we use for primary/parner packages.
