Updates available should not display "0!" in red background when there is no update available

Bug Description
In ubuntu profile, when there is no update available "0!" is displayed over a red background, which looks kinda funny.
Removing the "!", using a green background... or removing the cell completely would be better ?

Agreed. I think a white 0 on a green background would look nice.
