Bug Description

Working in Eclipse 3.4.1 and Ubuntu 8.10 I experienced that some Jframes in my java5 application looks empty if gnome-desktop is set with "Normal effects". If I switch to Java6, or I switch to "None effects", same jframes works fine.

Any problem between Java5 and gnome-compiz?
