Milestone bugs page doesn't use standard bug listing format

Bug Description

A page like <https://launchpad.net/products/rosetta/+milestone/1.1> uses a completely different (and less informative) format from the bug listings elsewhere in Launchpad. It should use the same format, probably implemented using the same macro.

As there's no way to link 2 bugs apart from duping which isn't the case, I'll leave a comment.
Bug 1837 might be fixed when this one get addressed.
