[karmic] unable to mount 4GB SD card

Bug Description

Description: Ubuntu 8.10
Release: 8.10

Getting the following error when inserting a 4GB SD card into laptops builtin card reader. Doing the same with a 1GB card works just fine. Laptop is "acer extensa 5620".

Thanks for the update. ?Yes, still getting the same error as before 8.10.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. Please execute the following command, as it will automatically gather debugging information, in a terminal:
apport-collect 307912
This will help us to find and resolve the problem. Bear in mind that you may need to install the python-launchpadlib package from the universe repository. Additionally, when prompted to give apport-collect permissions for Launchpad you will need to give it at least the ability to "Change Non-Private" data as it will be adding information to your bug report. This should provide anything you may have missed in a more readable format. Thanks in advance!
