firefox is very slow loading some sites

For example this page http://es.buyvip.com/index.jsp when it is load the firefox window goes black and white and when it finishes the image http://es.buyvip.com/mediadecorator/images/homeEstaticaWinter.jpg is not load.
I have problems also with www.gmail.com after login. It goes black and white for a long time until it finishes the loading but gmail shows me 2 message reporting problems.
How can I help giving more information?

The site requires flash. I use gnash here and it works pretty well. Do you use flash or gnash?

I use flash and after reading your answer I think there is a relation with the bug 286445.

I have tried this page with gnash and it shows it correctly but there are a lot of pages that only work with flash.

I can't reproduce this symptom in jaunty with the 64-bit Flash refresh and the 180.27 Nvidia driver.

Neither do I. My actually problems are that simply flashplugin-nonfree doesn't work. See bug #286445.
