Bug Description
meeting mode should ignore invalid characters such as "?" in meeting titles.
Example .meeting "Does this work?" should make the file Does this work.log instead of dying from invalid arguments.

Forgot this bug was fixable....just have to find the invalid characters and make votebot ignore them.
