Export to EMF swallows some letters

Bug Description
When saving to EMF or doing copy-paste in EMF format (to Microsoft Word for example) some letters disappear from text fields.
I am using Inkscape 0.46+devel, revision 20326, built Dec 6 2008 on Windows 2000 (German).

- confirmed on Win32 build 20316.
- this behaviour was previously reported in Bug 284680 , however, it is probably best to let this bug stand as is because it is more specific than the previous report
