Bug Description

Binary package hint: x2x

I have Xubuntu 8.10 with all updates up to 12/12/2008.

I followed: https://help.ubuntu.com/community/X2xHowto

X2X works great! except for Clipboard sharing, I tried terminal to terminal copy/paste , firefox to firefox - no effect.

Clipboard is not shared, in both directions.

Thank you for reporting this bug. What is the command line you are using to run x2x?

Homepage for x2x is http://x2x.dottedmag.net/ . This appears to be a known bug when trying to copy non-ASCII text using x2x. The bug is reported to x2x at http://x2x.dottedmag.net/ticket/7

Note that upstream has changed, it is now perhaps more like https://github.com/dottedmag/x2x
