pyroom should create new files from terminal

Bug Description
When I run 'pyroom my-new-file' in gnome-terminal, it pops up a window that the file does not exist and quits. I'd like it to create the file for me. It seems to me more user-friendly, because the way it is now I need to touch the file first to create it.
I'd love to see this feature in PyRoom.
