tutorial examples should use paster

The doc/groktut directory contains a lot of subdirectories with projects that form part of the tutorial.

They share a doc/groktut/buildout_tut.cfg buildout file that is used to build them. This still uses the non-paster way for the individual projects.

Since the default way for Grok installation is going to be using paster serve, this needs to be modified.
