Sort tracks by CD number

For albums with more than one disc, could it be made so that the tracks are displayed in disc order?

For example, an album with 2 discs is currently shown like this:

    Track 1 (Disc 1)
    Track 1 (Disc 2)
    Track 2 (Disc 1)
    Track 2 (Disc 2)
    Track 3 (Disc 1)
    Track 3 (Disc 2)

Using the "Disc Number" field of the ID3 tag, would it be possible to have it sorted as follows:

    Track 1 (Disc 1)
    Track 2 (Disc 1)
    Track 3 (Disc 1)
    Track 1 (Disc 2)
    Track 2 (Disc 2)
    Track 3 (Disc 2)
