"new label" dialog should pre-select an unused color

When applying a label to a message in Evolution, there's a menu option to create a new label. Clicking this brings up a dialog that lets you type a label name and select a color. This color selection is always a drab shade of gray by default, meaning that the user must choose a custom color every time.

Instead, this dialog should default to a reasonable unused color (like a primary color) so the user doesn't need to choose one from the color wheel every time.

Yes, it's always reproducible.

To recreate, open Evolution and right-click on an email in the list. On the context menu, go to Label, then to New Label. An Add Label dialog will appear asking you to type in a label name. The default color is shown alongside, and is always the same.
