[win32] Preview image gets distorted when dragged and dropped in Elisa

Bug Description
1.Taken a clean snap shot of winxp,vista .
2.Installed Elisa application, dragged a image on elisa application.
3.It can be seen that preview is distorted.
Expected result
Preview should not be distorted.
Current result
Preview is distorted.

Is the issue reproducible 100% of the time? Does it happen with all types of images or just some of them?
