When I've upgraded from Hardy to Intrepid, upgrade app specified that there was a problem with phpgroupware and that problems are expected w/it. After upgrade was complete (w/errors), I removed this package and all dependencies so I don't have anymore issues.

I propose that you merge this bug with the 391475 and 488173.

They seem all related to the fact that postgres is not configured and is selected as the underlying database.
